Jefferson Grove is a Real Estate Brokerage founded by Taylor Jefferson & Sarah Jefferson, a former pharmacist and nurse, two of the Most Trusted Professions in America. Within one phone call or Zoom meeting, you will be able to tell that we know what we are doing, and that we care. Our life took a hard left turn when we decided to become Realtors back in 2015. Immediately we fell in love with the career and knew that one day we wanted to leave our healthcare professions behind. For 3 years we worked completely off of referrals and word of mouth, slowly growing our business to a place where we could safely leave Pharmacy & Nursing. In 2018 we decided it was time to start our own brokerage, Jefferson Grove Real Estate. Sarah left nursing soon thereafter, and I (Taylor) continued working both Pharmacy & Real Estate. In 2020 I decided that I wanted to start the “Living In Richmond Va” YouTube channel but I knew it was going to be a lot of work and that I couldn’t do it the way I wanted to while still working Pharmacy, so I made the leap and left the healthcare world behind. Our channel has been a massive success and completely life changing. I work directly with relocation clients moving to Richmond, showing them homes, negotiating offers, managing the transaction to ensure a smooth closing, and every other step along the way! When you call the number from YouTube that is my cell phone and I am the one who answers it! Sarah’s primary focus is raising our two daughters, Ava & Brooke, but she is still around. She routinely jumps in and helps with showing homes, writing offers, and everything else in between. We are truly a team, and absolutely LOVE working together and with our clients!

Our Agents

Sarah & I’s goal is to work with everyone who reaches out to us, but sometimes that isn’t logistically possible due to our time constraints with our other active buyers. We let you know when that is the case so it isn’t a surprise to you. Below are our two other Realtors within our brokerage. Just like Taylor, Jake comes to real estate from a career in Pharmacy and just like Sarah, Caitlin comes to real estate from a career in Nursing.
